Preheat frying pan to about 375 ̊F (High).
Break up steak into 10 small pieces and place in pan.
While cooking, toss and stir with spatula until golden brown, for about 1 minute.
• Chicken Cheesesteak:
Cook steak for about 1 minute and melt 3 slices of white American cheese on meat, season to taste with salt and pepper, serve in a fresh Italian roll.
• Buffalo Chicken Pita: Cooked chicken steak, blue cheese dressing and hot sauce on grilled pita.
• Chicken Caesar Wrap: Cook chicken steak, lettuce,Caesar dressing, grated Parmesean cheese and serve in a wrap.
• Chicken Cordon Blue: Cook chicken steak, Swiss cheese, and honey mustard on an Italian roll.
